This family photo session at Chicago’s scenic North Pond in Lincoln Park with the Hagen family was so much fun. The Hagen family was so wonderful and flexible when we had to reschedule our original photo session in early fall, and although by the time we rescheduled Chicago was much chillier I think that it worked out for the best! North Pond is one of my absolute favorite family photo locations that Chicago has to offer, and it was so beautiful on a night like this one – right as the sun was setting and the leaves were falling.
Two year old Oliver was a bit on the chilly side, but he still looked awfully adorable in his Chicago Cubs hat to keep him warm! Oliver along with mom Lauren and dad Tony had so much fun running up and down one of the park’s big hills, playing in the leaves, and snuggling extra close when the wind blew. I loved being able to document this family’s big smiles, snuggles, and giggles!
