As a photographer living in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood I had thought I knew all the great photo spots nearby, but the DaPisa family introduced me to this little gem of a garden and I am so thankful they did! This little Lakeview neighborhood park felt like a secret garden that was meant just for us and it was the perfect spot for this family of four to run around and play during their photo session!
I first met the DaPisa family when toddler T came to visit Santa during Southport’s Holiday Stroll in December, and I was so happy to be able to see them all again this summer now that they have added little B to the family! Big sister T was so playful and loved smelling the garden’s flowers and squeezing her brother’s adorable cheeks, while B was perfectly content taking in all of the park scenery! The DaPisa family was such a fun family to partner with and I loved their family photo session!
